Hey what's the best way to get more power out of my 2006 f-150 flex fuel 5.4 I don't hot rod my truck or anything like that I just want more power for pulling my camper or just driving around it just don't feel like 5.4s I have had in the past. before you ask there's no codes it has new head gaskets all new oil pump & timing sets and the converters as been removed the motor runs great it just doesn't feel right on power is it because it's a flex fuel
