hey guys Im new here and thanks for allowing me to join. my question here is I just bought a clean 08 f150 supercrew with the 5.4l has 113.000. it runs smooth and can hardly hear it idle what can I do to keep it this way. ive read a lot bout ticking and clicking and banging lol. I changed oil using 5w20 motorcraft full synthetic and motorcaft filter, any info would be greatly appreciated.
