Loud Whining Noise After 50km of driving
Hi all,
I have a 2010 F150 XTR with 124,000 km. Noticed over the past couple of days that if I drive for around 50 km or so, when I get to work and start to pull into the parking lot, there is a loud whining noise, most notably when I turn the wheel. I suspected low ps fluid but that looks fine - and if that was the case, wouldn't the truck make that noise whenever I turned the wheel and not just after driving for a while? Gotta make a service appt but was wondering if anyone else had experienced the same. Odd thing is that if I turn the truck off and let it cool down a bit, when I start it backup, the noise is gone until I've driven again for a while.
Any info/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
