The passenger side exhaust manifold is starting to leak on my "10"150 ,I replaced the last one myself on my "02"250 and it took about two weeks in my spare time (luckily I have a company truck and only use my trucks for towing)and it was a mother to get off, the manifold was so tight to the frame I had to cut it in 4 pieces to get it out and I had to drill the broken studs with a carbide bit ,all my studs look intact but there isn't a chance they are going to brake free it has a whopping 28k on it I would have hoped they would last longer than that .I am sure a lot of you have done this any tips or hint to try to save a 1000 from the dealership?
