Hello everyone. I'm fairly new to this site and will appreciate any help. I have a 2001 XLT F150, Super Crew, 4x4, 5.4l with 205,000mi on it. The #8 COP and plug replaced 5000 miles ago and just recently replaced #7. I want to go ahead and replace all of them. Any suggestions on make and/or make of COP and plugs ?
Also, any suggestions on exhaust's? Go with 'H' or 'Y' config.?, 2.5" or 3" size pipe?, and mufflers( I'd like to have some note to it, but not too loud)?
