I get hesitation when I accelerate from a stop, but once I get going its fine.

id suspect a coil on plug is on its way out. you can do a quick check on them with a multimeter and check their resistance. usually you'll get a misfire on a cylinder code. if you do, move the coil to another cylinder and see if the code moves with it too. it could also be time for new plugs.
