After timing chain problems

So I did a timing chain replacement on my 07 f150 and it won't start my timing marks we're on when I closed up the motor it almost starts but won't any ideas

Go back to basics, Do you have spark? Do you have fuel? Check both. I have chased ghosts before and ended being something very simple. Even check to make sure your battery connection is super tight.
