Default 2004 to 2001 engine swap

has anyone here done a swap from a 2004 expedition to a 2001 f150? Currently in this swap everything is going ok hit a small road block but nothing I can't handle. (Power steering pump bolt holes not all on new timing chain cover). What are some of the other things you have encountered.
So far I had to use my injector rail and injectors, belt drive and pulleys, motor mounts (I hope), engine harness.

You're not trying to stick a 3v engine in a 2v truck are you? Good luck with that one...

I guess the usual route with engine swaps is, if you can swap it from the old engine to the new engine, do it. front cover is funky? swap it for the old one where everything fits.
