2018 Platinum with approximately 100k miles. Just recently started having issues with my transmission. I have noticed hard shifts especially going from 1-2 or 1-3 or 3-4. Or it just slips altogether or hesitates to shift. I have noticed that this really only occurs when the engine and transmission are cold (not at operating temperatures). After driving for just a little while, the transmission works flawlessly.

I did check transmission fluid levels. I was expecting it to perhaps be low but i was surprised when it was actually overfilled. Could this perhaps be a cause of my issues?

Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
