Default Stuck engine

I just replaced the heads on my 2004 f150 heritage 4.6 2v. And now the engine seems stuck, I had the battery replaced (dying anyway), starter (was going out), and the new checked out fine, I removed the inspection cover on the trans and I can't get a pry bar in there to attempt to free it up. Should I put a small amount of tranny oil in the spark plug holes? Or engine oil? Or is there another way?

When you put the heads back on and the timing chain, did you check the timing to see if it was correct? Otherwise you may have piston and valves touching each other.

Yes, I followed the correct procedures on timing the heads to the crank
