need help please
97 4.6l had small tick from pass side looked at the oil it was toast
so i changed it started the truck back up no sound went for a drive down the road the motor looks like its locked checked the oil its where it needs to be im lost

I have a 99 f150 with the 4.6l it has 209k miles and stay on top of oil changes but when the truck is warmed up it makes a rattling noise when you take off and under a load. Not sure where it's coming from and it does not do it when it's cold or at idle. Anyone have an idea? Thanks!
