Okay so I've got a 2001 Grand Marquis, not an F-150 but basically still a truck lol. It's a 4.6 2v sohc, auto trans. I've spent a month of Sundays rebuilding my engine after a timing slip resulting in valve damage and after mounting the motor and putting it all back together, I've finally gotten to the finish line. I'm getting ready to start hooking her harnesses back in, all is smooth sailing from here.. but wait! What is this I see? Some sort of mounting bracket has yet to be installed. Not a problem though, I just need to put it on. Problem. I can't remember for the life of me where the hell it goes. I'm assuming it has something to do with accelerator cables but can't figure it out. Any help leading to what it is or where it goes would be awesome. Here's a few pics of the part..
