Default comp cams???

Does anyone know if these cams will run in my 99 4.6 4x4 auto trana engine code W? If so what else besides an ecu reprogram would be required or chanced/replaced? Just collecting info for a possible project. I'm looking for a muscle car idle and more hp tq

I talked to Adam Metlika from Modmax via email, he said they offer a kit for our 2v 4.6l motors to stroke it to 5.0 for $2325.00. Includes most things in the kit like the crank, rods, pistons, rings and bearings, pretty decent deal, but kind of a pain to work on on my own since she's my daily driver:-/

You could find a used STS kit for not much more than that
