Default I need suggestions!!!

i am brand new to the forum and this is my first posting so bear with me. i have a 2001 f150 sport 4x4 with a 4.2 v6 in it. recently it started running really rough in the top end. it almost seems like its not getting enough fuel, i put a new fuel filter on it first then put bosch platinum plugs in it with accel wires and it still didnt help. it has a new EGR valve, new camshaft positioning sensor, and a new DPFE sensor. any suggestions are greatly appreciated....I NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

no codes now after i changed the dpfe sensor and put a new camshaft positioning sensor in it. i then changed the egr valve but stilll runs terrible in the top end. some ppl have been telling me it could be a cat plugged up. i found another exhaust system with high flow cats but will it hurt to run it with no o2 sensors?

I dont believe the 4.2 has a CPS?

Anyways you might have a vacuum leak, or your IAC vavle is getting gummed up.
