Default Canned Tunes for 4.2L
I know it has been said that there are programmers for our trucks, but when I go to the dealers websites and plug in my info they only have canned tunes for the 4.6 and 5.4. I thought the sct3015 had canned tunes fort he 4.2 but I guess I was wrong? does anyone have a programmer with canned tunes for the 4.2?

How about if anyone knows if the canned tunes for the 3.8 mustang will work for our 4.2's?

Depends on what year 4.2.... Some are supported and aren't with preloaded tunes. What year is your truck?

My truck is a 1998. On SCT's website, the 1998 3.8 has a programmer that comes preloaded with canned tunes, but not the 1998 f150 4.2.

check to see if the livewire sct 5015P will work on your truck
