I am about to do the cam synchronizer on my 4.2l. I have the OTC brand tool to keep it aligned, a new Motorcraft synchronizer ready to go and I’m even YouTube certified (LOL).
Had anyone done this and have any advice?

 

Haven’t done this myself, but suggest posting in the 97-03 subforum for more views and traffic.
