Default BBK Shorty headers

So I've been doing some research on these headers that BBk makes for the 3.7 mustang. They bolt right in and do not require additional exhaust modification. My goal is to install a set on my 3.7 F150. I compared part numbers on the factory manifolds and they are the same for both sides. So in theory they should be able to swap right over. I emailed BBK's tech support to get their point of view on the situation. The only issue I can see would be clearances, but the mustang is a lot tighter fit than the F150. Any ideas?

Here is link to the headers:

Sorry to dredge up a almost year old post, was there ever a update to this? Anyone know if these or other aftermarket headers will work with the 3.7?
