5.4 L timing chain
2004 Expedition Eddie Bauer 5.4L
Changed the timing chain and tensioners, did not see any marking but a L with an arrow on it both sides lined them up. put it back together was hard to start but will crank but running rough, do I have to go back in and move timing ? or if it was off would it even start ?
