Default yea im cheep

Can anyone tell me how or if I even can make a lift for my f150 extended cab or a very cheep way to lift it at lest 4 inches

4" you are going to need a kit for the front. Or you will have to make your own brackets to lower your stock TTB Components. Then for the rear you can use a block or make your own leaf pack. Either way its sketchy. I would save for a kit and do it the right way. You can get them fro around $600. In my experience by the time you try to do cheap you end up spending just as much as if you just bought the right stuff to begin with. If that makes any sense.

Stack 2 sets of 2x4 blocks together and make your own body lift.

Hockey pucks make a good body lift. Thy are cheap too.
