Default Wiring issues

Our '87 F150, 4.9 has some electrical issues. The lights all work other than pass. side front parking light. The bulb is okay, but won't light. The problem is the turn signals don't work at all. The fuses are okay under the dash, and the flasher unit seems okay. Is there another fuse block I haven't seen or a fusable link that could be the cause?

Ross,
This isn't something anybody could diagnose online. I recommend a test light, wiring diagram and start troubleshooting from the source to light. Start by checking for power at the switch and work your way toward the light......and ummm........don't forget to check your grounds.
