Default Wires

Can anyone tell me what color the wires for the oxygen sensor are, and which side of the engine they are located on. I have a 93 Lightning 5.8L 351W engine, I just recently purchased this truck and it has shorty headers from Ford, but I don't see the oxygen sensor anyplace. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance; John231

It should be underneath the truck on the passenger side next to the starter mounted on the exhaust.. It may be different on the lightning so I may be wrong.

I think they are purple/orange, gray/light blue, and orange. They are on a regular F150 5.8. It should be right behind the header collector or on the crossover pipe if it has one, unless someone swapped headers or exhaust for a set that doesn't have a bung for one.

Thanks for your help, I will check the left side like I thought they should be located on that side, but someone installed headers and when I first looked I didn't see a sensor or bung in the exhaust. I don't know if I mentioned that now it has a true dual exhaust with glass-packs, which I plan on replacing(too loud), but I would like to find the oxygen sensor wires first so I will know just where to weld the bung onto the pipe to install the sensor. Again thanks for all of your help:John231
