I have an 88 F-150, my second one in the past 2 years. On both vehicles the wipers only work on high speed. The truck I have now, I have replaced the wipers switch and motor and to no avail, they still only work on high speed. Anyone have an idea of what may be wrong????

I think its called the wiper delay control.

 

2017 F150 washer fluid pump doesn’t work and the wipers only work in the high setting. I have replaced the wiper motor, and the switch. Sure needs some help. Thank in advance.
