Default Windows Question

Recently got a 92’ flareside, the windows don’t go up or down unless you pull/push them. When I press the window switch I hear it struggle but the windows don’t move. I’m assuming it’s the motors but wanted to double check, any other reasons this could be happening?

first try lubricating the regulators with some good white lithium grease and then take some corn starch and rub that in the run channel

I would NOT put grease on the regulator or (especially) starch in the window channels.
