windows not rolling down right

89 f-150 power windows, wen u roll the windows down they wanna catch and slow down and tilt towards the back of the cab i took the door panel of and i have no idea wat to look for any help would be appreciated

lube up the tracks.

mine do the same thing, but I am to lazy to do something about it.

also, try spraying some wd40 around the seals.
