Default window trims

I'm looking to slowly replace window / weather trims and such on an '87 F150 XLT Lariat. Where is a good resource for parts? How hard is it to take off the door panels and such?
Thanks!

I did this about a year ago, go all my parts from rockauto.com, theyre cheaper than LMC. The exterior trim piece is really easy to replace, all you gotta do is roll down the window to replace that one. The interior one is connected to the door panel by about 5 hooks that you just slide off. If you dont have any electrical stuff on the door panels, you just have to take out 3 screws to remove the door panel (one that you see when you pop off the cover of the window roller, one on the arm rest, and one in the corner near the dash). Idk what to do if you have power windows/locks, ive never had to deal with it. haha
