Found a 89 Crown Vic with 5.0 and only 63000 miles. Can I swap this engine into my 89 150, and what all would have to be changed for it to work?

 

Yes just use up\low intake from truck, and possibly the accessory brackets, I think the vic is mass air, besides the up intake is like the mustang and the plumbing is different, if using the trans make sure its the same thing, also the distributor whether its an onboard or remote tfi module.
