Default Will bigger tires require an alignment?

I'm getting my 6" suspension and 3" lifts on soon and they are going to align it with my 31's but I wont have my 35's on it for about a month after so my question is will i have to get it re-aligned with the 35's after?

I would wait to put the lift kit until I got the tires
