i found this write up of a guy who put the climate control system out of a crown vic in his diesel. should be the same for our trucks, 92-96 in particular. does look somewhat hard to do though, but i wouldnt mind trying!

its very hard lol. i suggest you look through powerstrokenation and powerstroke.org for more mods to our truck. they have what seems like 100x more mods then we got here. i seen 1 where someone put a middle console out of a brand new f150 in there OBS, and last i seen everything worked in the console, even the gear shift.
