Default Wheel Question

I am planning to buy some new rims to replace the rusty stock rims on my '92 4x4. I am looking at a set of 15x10s (link below). The new rims would have 3.94" backspacing and a -38mm offset. I'm not quite sure how to figure out how they will fit. I currently have a bit of rubbing and would love to get a full turning radius back (if possible). Would the new specs lead to less (or more) rubbing? Am I right in thinking that the stance will be a bit wider with the new rims?

Also, I have 32"x11.5" tires at the moment, but hope to go to 33"x12" tires in the next year or so (if it helps).
