Default Wheel Paint

I am going to paint my stock steel wheels black and put winter tires on them this weekend. I will sandblast them before priming and painting. What type of paint will work the best and hold up good in a northern Ohio winter? I am thinking of using some kind of rust stopping paint. Any suggestions?

get them powder coated or use bedliner?

I used Colorplace satin black rust preventing spray paint on my wheels. 1.5 years later, and through lots of mud and crap they haven't even chipped. And I only put on 2 light coats

Walmart. Spray paint aisle. Rustoleum is good stuff too, that's on my buddy's chevy for the last 2 years and still looks new also.

Thanks, I think I will go buy some of that paint. Your weeks look really nice, I wish mile looked that good...
