Question Whats it worth ?

I'm tring to make a deal with a buddy for his 1984-1988 era BIG FOOT f-150 i'm not sure of the year , I know he told me but I was drooling over the truck and not lisening.
It's paint has seen better days but the body is very clean and solid. The truck has about 6 inchs of lift and 3 inchs of body lift and is setting on new 38.5 tires, the truck does need a power steering pump and exhaust from the cat back. don't know anything else about other than it's got a auto trans and suppost to have a 351w in it ? any thoughts ? I thought about getting it just to clean it up and flip it for some cash

From what I understand there have not been very many of these so you might have something special in front of you. Pictures will seriously help.

I like it, around here it would be worth 4-5K if it ran good and didn't have alot of miles.
