I put a 2.5" lift on my 93 and I am very happy with it. It was just enough of a lift to put 32.5x12.5 mud tires on my truck. I don't think you need more than that unless you plan on doing some serious off-roading.

Take off the hub caps first Nice truck too! Reminds me of mine, without the lariat trim

Now, what kind of lift do you want to do here? You can 1.5 and (more rare I think) 2 inch leveling kits to lift the front to equal the rear ride height. Or you can buy a full lift kit, to lift everywhere. Because it's a 2wd, make sure you buy a 2wd lift kit. If you buy a 4wd kit, your front end will still be 2 inches lower than the rear, and may not fit

Is it possible to do a body lift on these trucks? Also, who makes the 2wd lift kits for these trucks? I've tried searching and can't find anything for the 2wd.

I have 1 1990 f150 xlt lariat supercab, 2wd with the 300ci L6. i have also been wanting to lift it and i know rough country carries lifts up too 6 in. However I would like to put 20x10 XD monsters on 32 in tires , right now i know for a fact that the 20's will fit fine how can i check if the tires will fit? any suggestions or comments?

Honestly, you could fit 32s under a stock 2wd, and for sure under a leveled 2wd. I have 31s and have space for a 32

awesome thanks man. Im thinking of just leveling it and going with the 32in , after i wear them out i probably should have enough saved to opt for the 35in tires and 6in procomp lift, rough country is allot less but i believe pro comp has better ride quality. Once again thanks man
