Default What engine mods should i start with?

I have a 1989 f150 and was wondering what you guys thought

Ive got a 90 f150 5.0L, my first mod was hooker headers and dual exhaust. Im currently rebuilding the throttle body. Next is a complete igition system. MSD is on the list. Good luck and keep us posted

Will do. And thanks...there's so much I want to do and I just dont know where to start

Open up the exhaust thats made the biggest difference on all of my fords over the years. Then open up the intake. Make sure your ignition is in good working order. Then cams, heads and intake are the next step.

I've been taking care of the neglected maintenance, but I think my first mod is going to be upgrading the battery cable and grounds. Boring, but a first step.
