What part is this?

So I bought this beater 94 f150 4.9L off someone in the neighborhood and saw some wires cut and hoses disconnected, I'd love some help identifying what they are and/or what I can do

I would believe the part on the blower motor probably would shut down the blower motor if it were to overheat. The other ductwork should be reconnected. It is the air intake into the throttle body and right now you are getting unfiltered air going right into the engine. My guess someone wanted to get more air into the engine to compensate for a rich running condition. I don't know any logical reason why someone in their right mind would do that. You should provide more information about your truck for more specific help.

Connect the air hose to the throttle body and the air box - and make sure the top of your airbox is secure it looks like it is just floating. The white line is a vacuum line for the AC re-circulation door motor - if you cut into that wiring harness a bit you can tap a line off the broken white line and re-run it - I think it is 3/32" ID

First, put ALL the truck's details into your signature as this caption explains:

As you learn more about the truck, keep adding info to your signature.

For your 1st & 3rd photos; CHANGE THE ENGINE MUONTS (sic), and then reconnect the clean-air hoses.

There are about 40 parts in the photo below that question, and several in the photo above it - you need to be more-specific. The most-central major part in the 3rd pic is the throtle body assy.(sic)

At the top Left of the vacuum line page, click the General Purpose link to see thumbnails of that whole album, and browse the captions - especially the first ~3 dozen or so which contain pics identifying parts around the engine bay. You can also browse my '95 F150 which is very similar to yours starting from the photo of the broken engine mts. One of its other albums shows the engine mts. I recently designed & built, which I might market soon. But you should buy & read the Haynes, which you'll find in the GP album.

Sorry folks, I thought that weathered thumb was pointing at something else.
