Default What is this?

I'm trying to reuse as much as I can from a 93 F150 speed density on a 95 F150 mass air. I'm rebuilding the 93 302 but want to use some of the stuff off the 93, but the throttle bodies look slightly different. The one in this pic is from the 93. The 95 has like a black pressure or air release black looking thing on the side of the throttle body. What is the thing on the side that has a black electrical connection?

This pic is from the 95. See the black cap that the 93 throttle body does not have?

That's the idle air control. I don't know what the little black plastic thing is.
That throttle body should work fine on the newer truck.

Some IAC's have that plastic cap, some don't. I haven't had an issue replacing one with the other.
