Hi, I have a 1990 ford f-150 with the 5.8 in it, I had ran out of gas and parked it for a few weeks went to start and and nothing just turned over, I failed to check the spark but had noticed the fuel pump wasnt coming on, so I then replaced the fuel pump hooked it all back up and nothing. Is there something common that causes this I am going to start with the relays i guess?, I have checked the fuel shut off switch also.

 

fuel filter maybe?? i dunno, i would start cheap if you changed the pump already
