Default Weird Heat Problem

Hey everyone...I have a 89 5.0 with 80K.

The heater fan only works/ blows on high
The heat is not very warm
When i select what zone i want like floor...it blows cold air on the floor but pumps warm air out of the vents.

The defrost blows cold...but throws heat out of the vent pannels.

How can i get this working right?

Sound like a vac problem not actuating the blend door for one thing. It's flappin around because of no vac to control it.

So the fan speed problem is becuase of a switch?
And the blend problem is a Vac line not working?

where are the vac lines located at?
