My 94 f150 4.9 has been flashing code 23, any ideas what this means?

 

Code 23, Right cowl side panel front airbag sensor input feed/return circuit open. so sounds like that sensor is faulty or a break in the connection somewhere. I think its the safing sensor which is on the RH side on the frame rail under the back of the cab.
