Default water pump problems :(

so i have been working on replacing my water pump on my 95 f150 302 and i ended up breaking two of the bolts off. Both bolts are the ones that thread onto the block. one is the stud that holds the power steering/ compressor bracket. that one is about 3/4 inch out of the block and the other is flush with the hole. Is there ANY way to get these out without having to remove the timing cover?

any help is appreciated. i been cussing all day (especially after i hit myself in the head with a ratchet)

Post pics it would help everyone understand. The stud that holds the power steering bracket on is just a nut that you back off and then you pull the bracket.

You may still be able to get the one that is sticking out...hit it with some penatrating oil and see if you can get some vice grips on it...the other needs to be drilled out and re-tap the hole...good luck
