Default Washer fluid not working

Since i had my truck this washer fluid hasn't been working. I replaced the motor. that wasn't it. When i push it all i hear is a clicking sound coming from behind the glove box. i took the glove box out and there is a box where alot of wires go too. Could this be some sort of relay. I took it out and went to advance and they said that i would have to go to ford to get it. Could this be the source of my problem? any help would be appreciated.

Just a thought. Have you checked to see if there is blockage in the tubing?

I would consider replacing the tubing first as well as checking the part(s) where the fluid squirts out of onto the windshield. You may find there is some blockage rather than a faulty relay. Though anything is possible.
