You'd actually want to use the cheaper ones, as [Sixlitre, very credible from fullsizebronco.com] mentioned, anything more expensive is wasted on our engines.

something i did, (dont know how much it helps)
Pull your gas pedal towards the drivers seat so the throttle cable sticks out. Then put just a few (2-3) small zipties tightly around the cable. It sets the pedal up higher so you feel like theres more response i guess. Maybe placebo effect...

Yea i dont want to do a cam or anything to tear the engine down. This engine has 183,000 well taken care of miles and im gonna run it til it goes then drop a built engine into it. Im fine with bolt on power for now. I figure with all the stuff i wanna do i can push my horsepower up to close to 300. Its at 215 now estimated.
