Default very rough engine

I have a 96 f150 that sat for over a year . i recently went to start it and it shakes so bad I cant drive it. i assume its all gummed up. i pulled injectors on left bank out and turned key on but no fuel came out. is it possible it was only running on right bank ? did i test injectors properly. also i can hear lifters tapping so i removed valve cover and started engine, very little oil coming from push tubes . HELP i really need my truck ! btw, i added sea foam to crankcase and to the gas tank, it did help some but still way too rough to drive. im sure im dealing with multiple issues here.

Seafoam does the best w/ 1/3 through the intake, although could prove problematic in this particular situation. Also, it will improve oil flow as long as the problem isn't the pump mechanically. But normal engine temp & flow while running is required for it to really do it's thing.
