Truck is running rich. Curious if it has to do with any of these vacuum lines. (Picture below). Truck runs great besides rich and a harsh 4th gear shift(different thread..will do trans fluid change).
I am getting 54 and 84 code as well.
54 being something about EVR Air Charge Temp Sensor
I also have a few other disconnected lines which I tried reading diagrams but have no luck as to where they’re suppose to go.
Lines I’m holding are the disconnected ones that I’m not sure lead where
this next photo is a red vacuum line with a V adapter to two vacuum lines that lead from my vacuum (baked beans) canister. One of the red lines after the adapter is disconnected. Also not sure where it leads or does what.
curious if anybody else more experienced in this could shine some light and share some knowledge.
All of those lines should be for components of the thermactor system. There should be a vacuum line diagram on either the air filter box, or the underside of the hood. But none of those leaks should be causing a rich condition, vacuum leaks usually cause a lean condition.
Phone apps don't always show signatures, so you may need to switch to a real browser in desktop mode on your phone, or just use a desktop/laptop computer. Put your location in your profile & upload an avatar of the truck. The more pics you post of the truck, engine, wiring, labels, & undercarriage, the more likely we can help you.

How do you know? What's the fuel pressure? What do the spark plugs look like, and how long (time/miles) have they been in?

Not usually, but your truck's vacuum lines are in VERY UNUSUAL(ly bad) condition. In one of your pics, I can see a vacuum connector block on the wrong side of the engine from where it belongs. Fortunately, Ford uses each color of vacuum tube for the same function on all engines of all years, so it's pretty easy to sort them out. Refer to this page & the links on it:
