Default Is this a vacuum line?

I'm new here on this forum. Just bought me a 95 f150. It's an 351w, ext. cab, flareside, MARK III. I'm in love with it! I'm 19 years old and trying to get it back to its former glory. Of course I am hitting bumps in the road along the way. Anyhow, I was trying to replace my ignition coil today and my hand slipped and hit one of these tubes. Needless to say the tube cracked and broke into pieces. Any help on identifying what this tube is? How can I replace it? Also, when trying to replace the ignition coil, the 4 bolts that hold it on just spin. They won't come loose. Any advice at all? Thanks!!
It's the green tube
Farther away pic. You can see the coil in the top right.

Yep that green tube goes to the EGR valve - your truck will not be happy unless you patch it.

Good opportunity to replace all the vacuum lines with 5/32" rubber or poly tubing. It's one of the best "upgrades" you can do to these trucks to keep them running smoothly.

Where can I get that tubing at? Is there a certain kind?

Any local auto parts house should carry it.

If you do the whole truck you need about 22 feet of 5/32" ID vaccum line and a couple of tees.
