Default Upper intake bolt

I am in the process of removing the upper intake so I can get the heads off. I have all the bolts out for the upper intake, but the one bolt that you need to go between the runners to get out. It looks to be a torx style bolt. A T30 is to small and a T40 will not fit in between the runners. Anyone with an idea what this may be?

If you are taking apart a 5.8L, you will need to get a t40 extended t handle wrench. I found one at Harbor Freight. It's what I used to get my upper off from the lower. All lower intake bolts that are fastened to the head are hex.
