Due to stretch and twist of a ubolt, there is no way to get an accurate torque, 1\2 bolts usually torque at 85lbs, try that and use a reg ratchet to check for tightness, or just drive the nuts on with an impact wrench.

Suggest for good measure to ensure that the threads are somewhat clean. Can waste a lot of torque overcoming crappy threads, resulting in less-than-optimal tightness.
