Default Tuning options

I have a 91 that i converted to mass air, also has a trick flow cam with gt40 heads. I would like to get it tuned or tune it myself. Are they any options out there?

Though your '91 is probably an F150, you would certainly get some very solid advice on the fullsizebronco forum. Those folks know their stuff because they've been fixing up and maintaining 70s, 80s, and 90s era Broncos for decades. I've had very good experiences on that forum. And your 91 is probably either a 5.0 or 5.8 v8; the most common motors available in 90s-era Broncos.

One option. I have no experience with it but have considered it for a 95 project.

The twEECer is a good recommendation.
The bronco forums have a lot of good info, but the foxbody mustang world has a lot more experience with eec-iv tuning.
