Default Truck pulling right, even after alignment

So my truck has pulled to the right since I got it. Figured it needed an alignment so I took it to the shop a few weeks ago. They said the toe was out pretty bad and they reset it. The camber was just a hair over the line in the negative direction too but that the adjusters were at the limit so they needed replaced. Didn't have the $ for that so they said I could come back when I did. They said the camber could cause pulling but that they wouldnt expect that much since it was just slightly out. The truck still pulls right pretty significantly. Could the minor negative camber be causing this or would it be something else (tie rod ends, ball joints, bearings, etc.)?

I would check for a dragging caliper.Jack up the front and spin the tires. See if the right one turns harder. Jim

Did they check the alignment of the back end, towards any possible dog-tracking?
May check the radius arm bushings for any play that may not show up during the static alignment, that may allow the front end components to shift while driving.
Also, may try rotating the tires front to back, to see whether anything changes, towards a tire problem that user Energized pointed out.
If 4WD, check lockouts that both sides are either engaged or disengaged.
Agree that dragging calipers bear checking out.
Good luck, and keep us posted.

A good alignment shop will normally check the front end to see if there are any issues that would keep them from aligning it properly so you can have it corrected before they align it.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I will try to get it in the garage and check out what I can once the weather cooperates. When they did the alignment, they only did the front since it's RWD. Other than the slight negative camber, and the need to replace the camber adjusters, they didn't say that anything else looked problematic. The leaf spring hangers were replaced at some point though so I guess it wouldn't hurt to check the rear too.

You can get the camber bushings at RockAuto for not much money. If you can install them, the alignment shop should be able to get it aligned.
You need to know how many degrees bushing you need.

Thanks, I will probably leave that to the shop to do though.

Try swapping front tires. Did they give you a print out? I would think the camber would have to be on the plus side to pull it.

Yes, they did give the print out. They said the camber was just ever so slightly off and suggested getting the adjusters replaced. They did say though that it was just a hair off and it may not adversely affect drivability, at least in the short term.

Here are the pics
