truck jerking shuttering...
my truck has be shuttering and jerking every time i start up either form 1st or in reverse. i replaced both my rear u joints and it didn't fix it. it helped out but still shutters. is it possible 2 bad u joints can cause the drive shaft to bend or warp? all the other gears are fine and don't shutter just 1st and reverse. any ideas on what i can be?

well i checked the engine mounts they are fine its not that. is it possible that its doing that because i have an 11inch fly wheel and a 10 inch clutch? i hope not besides it shouldn't be shuttering

hey i just bought this f150 and it does the same thing..the seals are junk in the trans and it has been driven with the fluid low..it still barley goes down the road but
after i drive in reverse (any distance, no shutter while im moving), when i push the clutch pedal back in to stop it jerks and feels like i hit a car?
i'm leaning torwards the trans being the problem even though it feels like a rear end problem..
im planing on getting a used one or rebuilding trans. let you know if that fixes it.
