I have a '93 f-150 and am replacing the dash. The problem is, there's a bolt that I can't find, which is keeping the dash held in there, unfortunately. It's around the steering wheel area, but I have looked everywhere and have been unable to find anything. If anyone has any experience with this or would like to take a guess as to where it might be, please post! Thanks!
there is no bolt. you need to take the headlight pull **** off first (there is a small spring you need to push in with a small screw driver to remove). after that it is only held in place by about 5 or 6 plastic pins. after removing it you'll need to unhook the fuel tank switch connector on the back to remove it all the way. Some of my pins were broken already so I don't have any tips on how to pull them out however.

I got it, I had everything taken apart it was just being held up by something. I had to push the dash in, then lift it up. There was something that it kinda clips into I guess. But thanks!
I've heard the term "lift and separate" on a certain TV commercial, all my life, just never associated w/ dashboard removal! It had to do w/ big headlights! Playtex Living Bra's. Even then, I thought it was a short coarse on clasp removal for the purpose of emancipating those cute puppies! Those were the day's.................................
